As an experienced coach, athlete, and a father of two girls, I’ve created this PowerFit training for the woman who wants to tap into her inner power, bring out her best, and get more out of life. I’ve brought into this program a mix of techniques from different modalities of Martial Arts like Kickboxing, Muay Thay, and Jiu Jitsu that were part of my training as a MMA Fighter and developed workouts that will push your limits but are also fun to train. The intensity of the training will always depend on your objectives. Besides working on your endurance and strength you’ll also learn how to properly kick, how to throw a punch, and self-defense techniques.
My goal with the PowerFit Women’s Program is to train you as an athlete but most importantly is to empower you to properly respond to any of the common attacks used by perpetrators against women like having your hair grabbed or being pinned to the ground. You’ll be learning much more than how to defend yourself or a loved one against aggression, you’ll stretch your situational awareness, learn how to access potential risks, and the best strategies to deal with a given situation.
